"The commission concluded that the messages (locutions) are explainable within the range of ordinary human experience and obviously we cannot know for certain whether or not the locutions or visions are miraculous in the true sense of the word….a mode of action beyond the ordinary laws of nature and caused by an exceptional, direct Divine intervention."
